The Executive Secretary of the Kwara State Primary Health Care Development Agency, KWSPHCDA, Prof. Nusirat Elelu has felicitated with the Mutawalli of Ilorin, Dr. Alimi AbdulRazaq, on his 70th birthday.
In a statement made available to TheQuickPR, Elelu described the celebrant as a father, mentor and exceptional statesman whose life has been defined by faith, humility and selfless service to humanity.
She stressed his fatherly guidance and leadership have positively impacted countless lives within and beyond the Ilorin Emirate.
The KWSPHCDA boss noted that goodwill messages and prayers marking the platinum jubilee are a fitting tribute to Dr. AbdulRazaq’s legacy of compassion, generosity and service.
“Your life remains a shining example of integrity, wisdom, and unwavering dedication to the service of others,” she stated.
Elelu prayed to Allah to grant the revered Mutawalli many more years in sound health, peace and divine favour, and to preserve him as a source of guidance and blessings to his family, the Ilorin Emirate, Kwara State and Nigeria.
