Tosin Shoga Praises APC Primary Victors, Urges Support for Tinubu

The Director-General of the City Boy Movement, Hon. Francis Oluwatosin Shoga has congratulated all All Progressives Congress (APC) candidates who emerged victorious in the recently concluded House of Representatives primary elections across the country.

In a goodwill message personally signed by the Director General and made available to TheQuickPR, Shoga described the candidates’ emergence as a reflection of party members’ confidence and trust in their capacity to serve.

Shoga urged the victorious candidates to remain focused, disciplined, and steadfast in advancing APC’s progressive ideals and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.

“Your emergence is a clear reflection of the confidence, trust and support reposed in you by party members and delegates. It is also a call to greater responsibility, humility, sacrifice, dedication and service to the people,” Shoga stated.

The City Boy Movement Director-General specially acknowledged aspirants who participated in the primaries but did not emerge victorious. He described their decision to contest as an act of courage, patriotism, and commitment to democratic ideals.

“In politics and leadership, participation itself is noble, and every contest is part of a larger journey of growth, experience and future opportunities,” Shoga noted.

He emphasized that unsuccessful aspirants should not view primary outcomes as the end of political aspirations or relevance. Their contributions and loyalty to the party remain valued and appreciated, he added.

Shoga cited historical examples of great leaders who encountered temporary setbacks before attaining greater heights. This perspective, he suggested, should guide party members’ response to primary outcomes.

“History teaches us that many great leaders encountered temporary setbacks before eventually attaining greater heights,” the City Boy Movement leader stated.

The Director-General emphasized that primary elections are democratic processes meant to produce candidates, not enemies. He called for unity, reconciliation, and collective commitment to the party’s success.

“This is the time for unity, reconciliation and collective commitment to the success of our great party. The APC family remains one united political family bound together by shared ideals, common aspirations and a collective vision for a better Nigeria,” Shoga stated.

Shoga urged all party faithful, supporters, aspirants, and stakeholders to close ranks, avoid division, and work together in harmony toward ensuring victory for all APC candidates in forthcoming elections.
